Ordering and delivery

- We deliver within Canada only. Standard delivery: we dispatch within 2 working days and delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Express Delivery is a $22 option at checkout.
- Your order may arrive in more than one package.
- If you change your mind, you can return your bracelet within 15 days, unopened and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility.
- If your bracelet arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we will cover the return and put it right.
