Follow your delivery

Please note

Order tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Please do not contact us straight after ordering to ask for your tracking number.

We only receive the shipping tracking code once the package has been sent.

Track your order

Enter the tracking code from your "Your Order Has Now Been Shipped" email in the box below and press Track. If you cannot see that email, check your spam or junk folder for a message from Bracelet Company Canada.

Tracking results are provided by 17TRACK. If the code shows nothing yet, give it a few hours: couriers often take a little while to show a parcel after they collect it.

Not arrived yet?

Orders are handled within 2 working days, and delivery then takes up to 7 working days in transit. If it has been longer than that and nothing has arrived, email theteam@braceletsonline.ca with your order number and we will look into it.
