Delivery and returns
We deliver across Canada. Orders of $60 or more get free delivery, and both bracelets qualify on their own. Standard delivery: we dispatch within 2 working days and delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier, and an express delivery option is available at checkout for $22.
You can return a bracelet within 15 days of purchase, unopened and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. If you change your mind, return postage is your responsibility. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we cover the return.
